Any project, large or small, requires a certain amount of planning if it is to be executed successfully. Planning serves as the foundation upon which a project is built. Effective planning involves defining the scope of a project, developing a timeline for execution, and consideration of available resources, potential challenges, and outcomes. The first step, defining the scope of a project, sets the foundation for what you want to accomplish in completing the project. Think about the approach you will take when it comes to planning and executing a project. Describe two or three tips or strategies that you have for your classmates. For example: you might discuss your brainstorming techniques, organizational strategies, time management strategies, iterating on first drafts, mindset, etc. Explain the strategies specifically enough so that a peer can understand and implement the strategy. 2. Describe 3 possible project ideas or topics that you are considering for your capstone. Explain why you have chosen each idea and identify who your intended audience would be for each.
