Provide an overview of the cultural development of the region, including key aspects of religion, agriculture, migration & population movements, and political systems. Be specific in your examples and draw directly on the influence of the physical geography of the region in your analyses (weather systems, tectonic aspects, water access, etc.). You must use at least one map as a demonstration tool for your paper and must include at least one source from outside of the course material.
