Write a formal assessment analyzing an interpersonal conflict that you’ve experienced in the past or a conflict that you are still attempting to resolve. Use the guidelines below to format your case study and develop the needed content. You should review the concepts from Unit 2 to select an appropriate conflict, analyze it, and make relevant recommendations for that situation or dealing with situations like that in the future.
