You MUST have citations, preferably Turabian/Chicago or MLA. You must also have a Works Cited page. Cite all your evidence, facts. You should have a definable thesis statement. (Consider highlighting it or putting it in italics, to make sure it’s clearly recognizable.) There should be an introduction and a conclusion. The body of your paper should include (at least) three pieces of evidence. Your paper must include analysis – HOW did water rights change society/the world, etc. (This should not be your opinion; you need to prove the change with evidence.)
